The Bobcat's are a good buy. Having said that they are at this point only rebadged Kiotis. Get the equivalent Kioti model and it comes with a more powerful loader.
Yes they are Kiotis. I was looking for a used unit and this was available. You are right regarding loader. it would be nice to have a bit more lifting capacity but it works for most tasks around the property.
Thanks for the video, I've been looking into compacts tractors and with the introduction of the Bobcat compact tractors, I am now scratching my head more than ever. Would you mind sharing what helped you make up your mind when choosing the Bob Cat and CT 235 over other models? Now that you've had time to operate the tractor, does it do everything that you need or do you wish you had more power?
Well it was a couple of factors , Price was one of them. I don't know what they go for new but I got a good deal I think. Low hours is another reason. Hydrostatic transmission is so nice. We have 15 acres and anything smaller than 30hp didn't seem like enough and anything bigger just seemed to bulky but mostly we have several Bobcat dealers in the area and parts are never far away. I don't think the new lineup carries the 34hp they go from 24 to 40 I believe.Quick attach on front allows for varied implements. and delivers 29 HP at PTO. And they look good too.
Finally! People who post new videos about the old Bobcat Tractors!
Thanks, its a great little tractor. I had trouble finding videos myself. More to come.
@@fromthewoodsyyc I'm looking at on myself trying to compare to a kubota
Who made the old Bobcat tractors?

@@masonlynch1793 Ok, solid tractors both generations then.
I just bought a 2009 ct235 with 446 hours and so far I really like it

Do you use the bucket in float while plowing or no?
Yes i always use the float option. I can still adjust bucket angle while floating to scrape more or less as I'm going. Thanks for watching
