Edit: I misspoke when stating that Orochimaru could use perfect Sage mode after absorbing Kabuto’s abilities. The Sage snake actually doesn’t allow him to because of his ill intentions. That slipped my mind lol. Either way he’d still be considerably stronger absorbing Kabuto’s Chakra and other abilities that don’t require Sage mode.
The chills I feel of the thought of rasenshuriken hitting tsunade and you can see her only skeleton and she’s still conscious barely clinging to life because of regeneration and it only prolongs the pain.
I feel like that "3 times stronger" statement can't be literal. Surely they just become 3 times more effective, synergizing well, amping each others' jutsu and such without direct stat buffs. I mean, I could see some kind of comradery amp where they're all hyped up to help each other... but not a 3x multiplier.
If the sanin are supposed to relitive to each and remember when when Naruto showed off that he he could throw the rasenshuriken and even tho the pains share a field of vision atleast o if not two couldn’t dodge it and had to be revived sage Naruto can expand it even after it’s thrown it might be possible in the pre war arc sanin vs pain arc Naruto that he is simply to fast since pain is sopossed to above the sanin by even greater margin than he was above sage Naruto and some of the paths couldn’t avoid his attacks that sage Naruto might just be above the 3* amp they are supposed to get
I still think that Jiraya is stronger than Tsunade. It isn't a large difference, all Sanins are relevant after all, but I think since season 1 narrative support that Jiraya is stronger than Tsunade. He is confident that he can kill her if she betrayed Leaf village and she poisoned him(so you can imply that she can't take him in fair 1 vs 1). I think this is a good way of an interpretation. Definitely better than looking down on Jiraya because he's died earlier.

I don't think oruchimaru absorbed perfect sage mode from kabuto bro I think he only absorbed his chakra since you know that oruchimaru failed to attain sage mode in first place and was the reason his original body truned into a white snake (the one who sasuke fought). As you know to enter sage mode you need perfect balance between your chakra and nature's chakra and oruchimaru is not capable to do this nd is not talanted enough to atain sage mode. Plus kabuto also says he surpassed oruchimaru cause he attained something even his master couldn't achive or use. (2) let me give u example. The same way uchiha body is needed to use nd explore true pure unrestrained power of sharingan/rinnegan and non uchiha cannot use sharingan to fullest due to physical limitations thus the reason oruchimaru needed sasuke's body. The same way if your body is naturaly not fit or capable enough to enter sage mode it doesn't matter if you ebsorb chakra from perfect sage you can't enter sage mode.Oruchimaru even in boruto cannot enter sage mode since he make sure that his son surpasses him and can enter sage mode.i think if he changed body with kabuto who's body is compatible with sage mode im sure oruchimaru can enter sage mode but not in his original body.
my opinion on tsunade vs jiraiya is that, tsunade can be stronger but that doesn't mean she can win against jiraiya since her kit is so plain compare to jiraiya, jiraiya has combo jutsu with the toads, genjutsu, some sealing jutsu, and etc, while the only offense tsunade has is normal punch and kicks
