Thanks for your all vedio and advice I watched your all vedio regularly.
My question is that just six months before my sugar levels rising very high up 700 and I have go hospilize and thereafter I started treatment after three months I checked my HBA1C that was 7 and thereafter I did lots of hard work to reduce my weight and mange my diet and after 3 month I did my HBA1C test and the results is 5.4 .
So my diabetes is reverse or it's a understand control
