I did not bother trying to get the shower fixed while staying there but I did let them know when I checked out. The resort was fine but not sure if I would recommend. The proximity to the airport was great, it's a walkable distance. The food at the table service restaurant was good and offered a variety of options. It's along the beach and peaceful (do not remember hearing airport noise). While the room was a bit aged, it was clean. The negatives, well, the shower temperature was uncontrollable. That may have been just my room and an isolated incident, so I won't ding the resort too much for that. The little coffee shop never opened while we were there, we were disappointed in that. If you do not have a car, you will need a taxi to go anywhere but the airport. The resort in general is a bit dated but like I said, it was clean. For me, I would stay there again if I was going for a chill weekend. If I was planning on a longer stay and doing a lot of exploring, I'd choose something closer. Sorry for the longwinded answer, I hope this helps. St. Thomas is beautiful, I recommend going!

Haha, thank you, you can hire us for birthdays and bar mitzvah's 😀
Would you recommend that resort? Were they able to fix the shower issue?

At the end of your day at Megan's beach How long did you have to wait for a return taxi? Were there a couple there?
It was already sitting there, but we did wait probably like 5 - 10 minutes after we got on before he decided to go.
