In this case, it was locals (in Kauai, Maui, Oahu = 8) who traveled overseas. Likely people who went to visit family in places like the Philippines, tropical countries, etc. Also currently, there's a Dengue outbreak (446 cases since Nov 2023) in Samoa, 370 cases in Fiji, 67 cases in French Polynesia, and 942 cases (Jan. 1-June 16) in the Philippines.

Where did they travel to / from?
Are these travelers locals, or migrants?
