He has a tendency to find the writings of people who lived in that time frame that corroborate with each other, and typically tell a different story than what we've come to believe in the present day. He also looks at things like DNA groups and migrations, archeological discoveries, etc. He's very well researched.

@@vincevegas8529 The gist of the conspiracy theory is that the Highjump expedition was seeking a German base (or to find whatever the Germans went there for in 1939) in Antarctica in 1946, and was attacked by flying saucers piloted by a) breakaway Germans or b) aliens, and repelled. Saucer craft then appear other places around the world such as a few months later in Roswell, culminating in a flyover of Washington, D.C. in 1952 (which is documented in newspapers of the time). 3 nuclear devices are detonated in the Antarctic area in 1958.
Admiral Forrestal was Secretary of the Navy and ordered this expedition to Antarctica. After Highjump, he was appointed as a member of Majestic-12. He died under mysterious circumstances while a psychiatric patient at Bethesda Naval Hospital in 1949, and was rumored to have been talking too much about what happened on the expedition, and UFOs. He had claimed his home was bugged by the government.
Admiral Byrd warned of new aircraft that would fly "from pole to pole" at high speed, upon landing in South America after retreating from Antarctica 6 months earlier than scheduled. According to the Chilean newspaper El Mercurio, "Admiral Richard E. Byrd warned today that the United States should adopt measures of protection against the possibility of an invasion of the country by hostile planes coming from the polar regions. The admiral explained that he was not trying to scare anyone, but the cruel reality is that in case of a new war, the United States could be attacked by planes flying over one or both poles. This statement was made as part of a recapitulation of his own polar experience, in an exclusive interview with International News Service."
Admiral Byrd's son, who was on Operation Highjump with his father, was traveling to Washington DC from Boston in 1988 to speak at a National Geographic event. He mysteriously got off the Amtrak train in Baltimore, where he wandered the streets for 3 weeks in an apparent fog. He was found dead in a warehouse, dressed like a homeless man, on October 3, 1988.

Also, he was probably exposed to some pretty horrible chemicals. Back in that time there were a lot of paints, sprays, pesticides, gas fumes that weren’t well known and ended up killing a lot of Americans over the course of many decades. Oh gosh. Amazing. I was fortunate to have grown up at a time when all of the WWII people were still young and in charge of society. What a time. People born only in the last few decades will never know what it was like to live in a world where up was still up; down was still down, and side ways was still side ways. Boys were boys, girls were girls, children were still children, and adults were mature and responsible. And everywhere you looked, you saw respect. Respect for each other. Respect for the flag. Respect for another's property, title, privacy, and most importantly of all, Respect for God.

I'm a citizen of the UK and I've always been brought up to appreciate the selfless service of this gentleman, and others of his generation and generations before regardless of their nationality. It seems to me that they seem to have been made from different stuff in those days. I had an old friend, recently deceased, who fought in WWII as a rear gunner in the Wellington bombers for the Royal Air Force. I could sit and listen to him for hours on end as he relayed stories from his time in the service. What was even more amazing though to me was the fact that this old fella was Jewish. So you can just imagine what he would be facing should he have had the misfortune to have been shot down over enemy territory when they came to learn of his faith.
We owe them all a debt of gratitude that, in my opinion, can never be adequately repaid.
My eternal thanks to them all, each and every last one of them.

anyone who is familiar with operation Highjump, such as myself, wish they could see your experiences and memories firsthand.. in my opinion, the members of this mission to unlock the secrets that Antarctica holds, should be honored in accordance with trailblazing pioneers such as Lewis and Clark, Marco polo, Christopher Columbus, and Aldren and Armstrong.. relative to the time that all of these great expeditions took place, and the technology and information that was available at those times, these great explorers put their lives on the line going full steam into the great unknown, with no idea if they would even return again.. this was all done in the name of scientific exploration, and gaining knowledge for the rest of us.

@@donq2957 officially, it was an expedition in 1946, led by admiral Richard E. Byrd, to the Antarctic to establish a "research" base there called Little America.. it was also supposed to be a mission to scout conditions, usable resources, and to map out the general lay of the land.. it also gave the U.S. an official foothold in the region.. however, unofficially it was a mission aimed at many other objectives, and to confirm Intel on nazis who fled there and established bases and had advanced technology 100 years or more ahead of anyone else at that time.. Byrd told some extremely interesting tales of what happened while flying over the S. Pole, as well as stories of hidden lands free of ice, untouched natural resources, and also accounted an attack from advanced, saucer shaped, aircraft which wasn't able to defend against.. but the real gem from Byrd was his journal with an amazing account of what happened down there. I reccomend watching one of the many videos of documentaries that tell his accounts... wildly interesting! I don't want to ruin it for you.. but if you have an open mind, and are interested in what some would call science fiction, You'll enjoy hearing about it

He was on the Pacific Queen when he was 16 as a sea cadet. They went on a 15 day cruise had mechanical problems and were rescued 67 days later. At 17 he left Boston on the USS Bear, a sailing vessel, for the Antarctic.
