There’s practically zero autotune on the track people don’t seem understand that autotune slides a voice to be exactly on the right note it removes any character from the voice and makes people sound robotic,all that’s on the Track is slight Pitch correction which is done to ALL studio albums, from Ariana Grande to Adele
@@ryno1509 for clarity, autotune is a pitch correction software. Trying to force a distinction between the two is like saying a kleenex isn't a tissue. Pitch correction is an industry standard in recorded and live music, but what is weird to me is the level of overproduction on Ylona and Rae's tracks compared to Fuslie's. If you've heard Ylona's work, this doesn't sound like her. It's most obvious in the runs where you DO hear that overcorrected digital sound (see T-Pain). But Fuslie's track still maintains her timbre--it still sounds like her. I kind if like Ylona and Rae got done dirty in the edit because it's not consistent.
@@lilgrannyari I'm not familiar with Ylona (this is the first I've heard of her), but I think it still turned out sounding really cool. I love the vibe of the song and video as a whole.

For real there a song with way more autotune, I don't feel like this one is unnatural like the part with rae when it goes to the low it add something and the reverb is perfect litteraly because the song is called echoes. Just perfect for club and action scene

I agree with too much flashing lights, but i think the production to give "echoes" feel was just right. I would be interested to see some remixes to see the song reimagined with a different approach/production.

I agree. I’m not a huge fan of the song or the style at all but Leslie’s part is the best for sure. I just personally don’t think the song was produced very well. For instance when all three girls sing the chorus you can only hear ylona singing and that was a …well a choice the producers made. It also sounded like there should have been a better beat drop at the start of the chorus and it just didn’t give what it wanted to. Very odd to me.

Not a fan of the instrumental, had me on the backfoot straight away, didnt draw me in. Felt like the journey wasnt well established.
Singing was good though.
This just wasn’t good imo. The production was weird, style was not great even video editing was very strange. It’s also extremely obvious that rae was very auto tuned and they tried to cover it up with the vocoder. Leslie’s part was the highlight.
It’s actually not that much auto tune if you watch the behind the scenes you can hear them singing live ❤
