@bradwhite5884 From the comments I've seen and heard, it seems that the reasoning behind the hate is multi-faceted: the fact that they are hybrids to begin with rather than 'original' species mixed with the concept that Wu used human DNA for giving them heightened intelligence and thus made them close enough to the human and dinosaur hybrids concept seems to be at the forefront for the hate. Me too, but not in this franchise. This one is suppose to be grounded, still we have Owen Super-Hero doing Legolas stuff and some people like that... So, yeah... this franchise is in weird spot right now.
I wouldn't mind it too much, as long as it were just one hybrid and a one off appearance in the franchise. Also, as long as all the actual dinos don't get completely overshadowed. But I don't believe there will be any hybrid in this upcoming film.
i feel a realm of mixed creatures being made should happen. like raptors with four sickle claw arms. a trex with normal arms. trikes with no frill . ankys with more armor. showing the making of dinosaurs is getting out of hand like breeding pugs. like not hybrids but actual mutative accidents.
I LOVE the Godzilla movies!!!! Now that I think of it Gareth Edwards did direct Godzilla 2014 and that movie is an absolute Classic. If that movie did spectacular then hopefully Mr. Edwards will do the same for Rebirth.
Two thing one aquilops is technically a soft canon species because in Jurassic world dominion in the cia listing scene multiple picture of dinosaurs were shown one of them showing a aquilops meaning in canon their were clone but not seen in flim 2 if those are the hybird I actually don’t mind but I have faith that Edward to make them actually scary and if executed we’ll become really good hybrids
@Mefilas._intrepidus7 aquliops was confirmed months ago, I'm actually surprised it took this long to leak out. Don't worry, there aren't any hybrids in rebirth. Failed experiments are the best way to put it. But Gareth is the best outside of maybe Bayona to put a horror spin on dinosaurs as well as speilberg. Villian included
I also have a theory..but its for chaos theory...so..since Brooklyn and them is going to biosyn, they might encounter the giga, pyror, and or theri, since they are in biosyn.
We don't know how the creature fits into the story, how it'll be shot, what the actual design is, what is its behavior, what is it a hybrid of (if it's even a hybrid at all). We just have one very bad photoshop attempt at a representation. I see no cause for concern here. Edwards is one of the very best genre movie directors atm and it's from a script by Koepp. If there ever was a team that can get away with WILD ideas in this series.. they're the ones. Just wait and see.
The villian 'abomination' is no human Dino hybrid. There is no hybrids in rebirth. The 'abomination' is something new entirely. I'm happy to confirm/answer any questions people have about the film in the comments below

That first image is from Godzilla 2014. That was a concept design for the Muto. The second one is really old I have seen it many times before, I can’t remember where it is from but it not for this movie 100%
I just want them to go back to basics no dino hybrids, no avengers style dino team ups. that was what i loved about the first filml it was a small personal story, and the dinosaurs weren't monsters they were just animals adapting and surviving in a new world
personally had worried since i saw the high tech stuff in camp cretacious and wondered when will they push tech so far. we can clone sheep dinosaurs from mosquitos and adding dna isnt a huge jump, but barrier creating drones and laser beam shooting taser dog robots made me go... ah a sci fi geeks going to ruin this
Human dinosaur hybrids are way too alien for the Jurassic franchise. Personally I wanna see an improved Indoraptor, created by someone who did work with Dr Wu on the prototype at Lockwood Manor, and even though Dr Wu isn’t returning (unless he’s making a secret cameo appearance), that person will probably have more knowledge and the tools to create an improved version.
Ahem, no, the indoraptor was very overrated, being highly smart and scary, while the Scorpios rex was an absolutely masterpiece that was ignored, so seeing human hybrids will be something new and interesting and not boring
@ Scorpios? Ignored? It got plenty of screentime whilst Indoraptor had a little background developed around it. Human-hybrid dinosaurs do NOT fit the aesthetic of the Jurassic franchise, not even Park or World, or even Camp Cretaceous & Chaos Theory would suit the notion of human-hybrid dinosaurs. A new and improved Indoraptor would fit perfectly and give us an idea of what Dr Wu envisioned from what his prototype could’ve been.
@Waaris_771 Uh yeah, scorpios Rex is pretty ignored along with both camp cretaceous and chaos theory, and human hybrids do not fit with jurassic have we already forgot how mantah Corp build a entire clokeing dome Lazer shooting robots and mind controlle gaming remotes and every one was complaining about the mutant locusts not fitting In jurassic and it ended up being one of the best plots for dominion seeing human hybrids is something different seeing another indoraptor but improved is not new.
Don't go watch it. Don't "buy tickets" for it, at the very least. Dinosaur media consistently deliver slop, because dinosaur media fans will watch whatever has a dinosaur on it. Let's just not. Let's demand some quality and effort for a change.
Honestly, I think it’d be pretty cool. I’d definitely be terrifying and cool if done correctly and could definitely make for some tense situations in the film.
human hybrids seems interesting, plus it adds on to the cautionary tale of Jurassic Park, I think it could work, but I don’t want the movie to be full of the human hybrids I still want to see normal animals
The indoraptor was mid and indominus was good but scorpios Rex is the best hybrid because the way it looked like behaved and seeing human hybrids would be cool
Honestly when they said Dino-Human Hybrids I thought about a boy at the end of the movie revealing he had a raptor tail or something XD But yeah while I'm a fan of monsters, I'd much rather have real Dinosaurs o3o
Honestly combining both the book, an the 6 movies. Human/dinosaur hybrids is not unlikely an honestly I think it's a good idea. Dr. Grant in jp3 "This is how you play God". Mazie shows that human cloning is in the Jurassic universe so like Dr Malcolm said in jp1. "Just because you can you didn't stop to think if you should". So I like the idea that the power you had they misused even before JP1 that the monster isn't the dinosaurs, the hybrids, Mazie. It's everyone of if us that, that kinda raw technology/biological power can be miss used
I absolutely loath and despise human/animal hybrids (only a few exceptions) human/dinosaur hybrids in my opinion would work better in other sources of media/games like Turok, dino crisis etc

Nah, human dino hybrids are top far to go in the franchise tbh, the likes of Indominus and Indoraptor are fine because they look more Dino like and convincing, the other kind is right out in the realm of sci-fi or science fantasy tbh, to far to go, only suitable for a separate franchise or a B movie franchise tbh
Me too, but not in this franchise. This one is suppose to be grounded, still we have Owen Super-Hero doing Legolas stuff and some people like that... So, yeah... this franchise is in weird spot right now.
sounds something like the offspring from Alien Romulus, and I hope in it
@SeniorPrime77 You mean revised Alien Resurrection? 🤣
I wouldn't mind it too much, as long as it were just one hybrid and a one off appearance in the franchise.
Also, as long as all the actual dinos don't get completely overshadowed.
But I don't believe there will be any hybrid in this upcoming film.
So Jurassic turned into Godzilla
i feel a realm of mixed creatures being made should happen. like raptors with four sickle claw arms. a trex with normal arms. trikes with no frill . ankys with more armor. showing the making of dinosaurs is getting out of hand like breeding pugs. like not hybrids but actual mutative accidents.
I LOVE the Godzilla movies!!!! Now that I think of it Gareth Edwards did direct Godzilla 2014 and that movie is an absolute Classic. If that movie did spectacular then hopefully Mr. Edwards will do the same for Rebirth.
ive loved jurassic park movies for years
How about a straight-up T-Rex villain? Like maybe even the Red Rex from JP Trespasser?
Two thing one aquilops is technically a soft canon species because in Jurassic world dominion in the cia listing scene multiple picture of dinosaurs were shown one of them showing a aquilops meaning in canon their were clone but not seen in flim
2 if those are the hybird I actually don’t mind but I have faith that Edward to make them actually scary and if executed we’ll become really good hybrids
I prefer regular hybrids, not human Dino hybrids tbh
@Mefilas._intrepidus7 aquliops was confirmed months ago, I'm actually surprised it took this long to leak out.
Don't worry, there aren't any hybrids in rebirth. Failed experiments are the best way to put it. But Gareth is the best outside of maybe Bayona to put a horror spin on dinosaurs as well as speilberg. Villian included
I honestly would be very disturbed but intrigued, hopefully we don't get to see living hybrids...
6:32 i actually fine the cussing entertaining
Looks like an alien hybrid than dino😅😅 hope not true
I dont think a dinosaur hybrid would be a bad idea for a plot twist.
I hope for all the human dinosaur hybrids in the main series. I stopped taking this franchise seriously when the first Jurassic world came out.
The villian 'abomination' is no human Dino hybrid. There is no hybrids in rebirth. The 'abomination' is something new entirely.
I'm happy to confirm/answer any questions people have about the film in the comments below
Titanoboa?
@Ratvivor no titanoboa. No Cenozoic species in the film
@ what makes it an “abomination”? I can’t think of any dinosaur villain they could do that wouldn’t be hybrid, and plus what could possibly be stronger than the spino
@@Ratvivor failed experiment basically, abandoned and forgotten.
From what I understand I wouldn't expect it to be too big. Its design is why a lot of us are calling it the 'abomination'. It's not its official name but trust me, when you see it you will understand.
@ I believe it fs and it makes sense considering who knows what they were up to in those labs, people are definitely gonna hate on this movie tho
No human dinosaur hybrids are the stupidest descion and they aren’t dumb enough to implement it. The only thing I want the dinosaur humans in is in the upcoming Dead by Daylight crossover cuz that would be scary af
@JonteSavage :D just remembered there was also at least a Dilophosaurus Human Hybrid in some Halloween Event at Universal Studios.
Really don't want the Human Hybrids in the Movie unless they are done absolutely right (it shouldn't look too much like a Human. Maybe some Kind of Dinosaur with a relatively flat Face(just a bit shorter Snout) and higher Intelligence
That first image is from Godzilla 2014. That was a concept design for the Muto. The second one is really old I have seen it many times before, I can’t remember where it is from but it not for this movie 100%
I just want them to go back to basics no dino hybrids, no avengers style dino team ups. that was what i loved about the first filml it was a small personal story, and the dinosaurs weren't monsters they were just animals adapting and surviving in a new world
I honestly don't mind hybrids or human-dinosaur hybrids at all
personally had worried since i saw the high tech stuff in camp cretacious and wondered when will they push tech so far. we can clone sheep dinosaurs from mosquitos and adding dna isnt a huge jump, but barrier creating drones and laser beam shooting taser dog robots made me go... ah a sci fi geeks going to ruin this
I would be interested to see some human hybrids against dinosaurs to see who would dominate. This could give horror vibes
@ You done?
@ yup you gonna add anything
I hope that the dinosaur human hybrid leaks aren't true, but the accurate Dino designs sounds interesting.
tbh, i'm still hyped, i could go for a hybrid, that's if there still gonna have regular dinos
i like your content Swrve and am a Jurassic fan
I'm literally Jurassic fan (check my name)
Why does it always upset everyone with dino human hybrids? I think it'll be cool to see that if they do it right.
Don't go watch it. Don't "buy tickets" for it, at the very least. Dinosaur media consistently deliver slop, because dinosaur media fans will watch whatever has a dinosaur on it. Let's just not. Let's demand some quality and effort for a change.
I just realized what if the Jurassic World Rebirth trailer is released on Christmas as gift for all of the Jurassic Park/World fans
those same people have said that the quetzalcoatlus will have a totally new design
Honestly, I think it’d be pretty cool. I’d definitely be terrifying and cool if done correctly and could definitely make for some tense situations in the film.
Please, no dinosaur human hybrids, please 🙏 this would destroy the franchise. Dinos eating people is all we need
human hybrids seems interesting, plus it adds on to the cautionary tale of Jurassic Park, I think it could work, but I don’t want the movie to be full of the human hybrids I still want to see normal animals
3:16 could also be psittacosaurus - another cutie!
Well I hope they don't add dinosaur-human hybrids because that's cursed
The indoraptor was mid and indominus was good but scorpios Rex is the best hybrid because the way it looked like behaved and seeing human hybrids would be cool
I’m down for something like the Sayles script
Honestly when they said Dino-Human Hybrids I thought about a boy at the end of the movie revealing he had a raptor tail or something XD
But yeah while I'm a fan of monsters, I'd much rather have real Dinosaurs o3o
Honestly combining both the book, an the 6 movies. Human/dinosaur hybrids is not unlikely an honestly I think it's a good idea.
Dr. Grant in jp3 "This is how you play God". Mazie shows that human cloning is in the Jurassic universe so like Dr Malcolm said in jp1. "Just because you can you didn't stop to think if you should".
So I like the idea that the power you had they misused even before JP1 that the monster isn't the dinosaurs, the hybrids, Mazie. It's everyone of if us that, that kinda raw technology/biological power can be miss used
4:11 Erm, what the sigma?
Bruh when is they gonna say more about chaos theory
Never (Jk probably in a few weeks)
Tbh who cares abt chaos theory when there’s a new movie coming out and possibly a new teaser or trailer coming out soon
@@Aidan_minotti enough people bro The movie has nothing to do with this
@@Aidan_minottia lot of people care about chaos theory it was way better than Dominion
I’m not believing anything until I see the real movie.
Yea
If this human hybrid happens, goes to show the producers etc do not know there audience at all
We don’t that that. We want T. rex vs spinosaurus rematch!
I’d love them to make the JP4 human dino hybrid script as a spin off one off just to see how crazy it is 😂
I'm keeping my fingers crossed so hard that the human/dino hybrids aren't in the next film. I will be so disappointed if they happen.
Let's talk about the uk scalpers buying all the damn suchomimus, forcing anyone who wants one to pay an extra $20, plus $45 for shipping
I think it may be time for a reboot
I absolutely loath and despise human/animal hybrids (only a few exceptions) human/dinosaur hybrids in my opinion would work better in other sources of media/games like Turok, dino crisis etc
