I SO NEEDED THIS i literally just was done with an exam and it went terrible and as i was hanging out with a close friend we were hugging and i said these exact words "i just feel like i dont deserve those.....goals , that i have , at the end of the day i have failed" and after i registered the words that came out of my mouth it sticked with me bcause i was finally able to put these feelings in words and then i find this video and clearly i knew it the reason why i havent been shifting is bcausse am not allowing myself to , its hard and everytime i think i will shift ik deep down i dont feel like i deserve it , originally i thought i might just be stressed or i have a lot in this reality to be done and only after am done and be free will i be able to focus , maybe shifting when i have sm going on is not for me blabla but really i just felt underserving and it's so bad that now that i think of it even though i push throufh and try i feel underserving for even existing jn this reality so imagine not even alowing urself to live here properly how are u to shift? Insane right?
And also I had another friend who just from time to time said gently and nicely that I should have hope , I should have hope , hope , I am allowed to have it
