YESSSS! My tremors went completely away for several years while I lifted. When I stopped, they came back 10 fold. 1 hr of cardio and 45 mins of lifting heavy weight 5x+ a week helps. Also nutrition, mostly Whole Foods, and limiting processed foods. These tasks increase dopamine. I watch comedy a lot and try to spend time doing things I love with people I love to help increase dopamine levels. 1 night I laughed at a comedy show for a couple hours. The next 2 days, my tremors weren't noticeable. There is something to it.

Missa- Check out a book called "A More Excellent Way" By Henry Wright. I have been to his seminar that last for a week, I have went the last 2 years, this year it was the walk out workshop. If you have a desire to just figure it out and go with the info, you will do very well, if you fight the new info, it will not work. This is something that I can not even tell my Mother, she was a nurse and just shuts me down, yes she has it also, but will not talk about it.

I believe Parkinson's starts with a nutrition deficiency. My grandfather had Parkinson's. I started to stutter at age 40. 25 years later an osteopathic doctor suggested that I try a gluten and dairy free diet, and to take high doses of vitamin D. Within weeks my stuttering stopped!

None! That’s why we’re still stuck with this illness. It’s infuriating that no emphasis is put on “why” is this happening and how can we fix this. It’s all about a pill to help a symptom, but will come with complications that requires another pill and so on…

Parkinson's indicates unresolved rejection, massive amounts of abandonment, rejection and hope deferred. I read a book called"A more excellent way" by Henry Wright.
