Cameron Jackson- Basketball Highlights

Cameron Jackson, a member of the class of 2026, is a point guard/shooting guard currently attending a prep school. Cameron has committed to the Strive Above Others AAU basketball program for this upcoming summer, and we are excited to welcome such a dedicated player who works hard, is committed to his craft, has a supportive family behind him, and, most importantly, loves the game.
As a coach, having someone like Cameron is truly exciting because we understand the areas he needs to improve. We have clear goals in place, and hopefully, he can achieve them. While it is essential for him to showcase his skills on the court, we want to ensure that we provide him with the best opportunities for success.
Currently standing between 6'3" and 6'4", our plan is to develop Cameron as a point guard. His long, athletic build will help him stand out from the competition, positioning him for potential Division I or Division II scholarship opportunities in the future.
There is still a lot of work to be done with Cameron. We aim for him to be consistently dunking and to fully understand the pace of the game in a point guard role.
While everything takes time, we are eager to put in the necessary work to help him achieve his goals as a player. Sometimes, as coaches, parents, or spectators, we can place expectations on athletes, but ultimately, the only person who truly knows the goals he wants to reach is Cameron Jackson. We are here to motivate, guide, and mentor him over the next few years, and we hope to master everything we aim to accomplish together.
