So what I would like to understand is why the TV is working by applying a constant voltage like VGH to VGHodd (which should normaly fluctuate) ? yes, it's normal vgh_odd and vgh_even switching between -5 to 28V. you can connect it without the resistor, the resistor is just to not force the current whenever there is a short circuit in the panel.

The problem is the VGH even and odd have a partially shorted, disconnecting the vgh even and odd on the left side or right side will solve the problem. I bypass the VGH ODD LEVEL shifter as shown in the video. The 27 ohms resistor is just in incase have a problem directing the VGH odd it will not force VGH going to the panel. If the bypassing is successful. it's ok to remove the resistor and direct it to connect to the panel.

Another thing is...i dont understand in this repair is, why you do not unblock the left painel sector and cut only the vgh even to and make the same thing in the vgh odd you make in the right side? In that why the plainel gone work with al clks with another vgl and vgh and also with another Vgh Odd so the painel works better for more long time right? Newbie here watching.. I've in counter a trouble like that tcon board.the problem is even I'm unplugging all the ribbon to panel there is no voltages like vgh,vgl etc..is tcon board fault?
Does it mean the T-con is bad. Replacing it will solve the problem, won't it ? Or it may be caused by other issues such as the LCD panel driver board ?

So what exactly caused the problem?
When you bypassed with the 27 olms resister how many volts did you get to the other end❓
The problem is the VGH even and odd have a partially shorted, disconnecting the vgh even and odd on the left side or right side will solve the problem. If the two sides have shorted gates you can not tape them both. Its shows on the video how to do it.
