- Hi all !
In this video you will see a solo hike with an overnight stay in a winter forest during a strong snow storm. How to Build a Survival Shelter Using a Fallen Tree.
This kind of weather does not happen often and I decided not to miss the opportunity to visit the epicenter of these events. Hunting skis helped me overcome waist-high snowdrifts. I found a place in the ravine where there were a lot of dry trees for construction and a fire and less wind.
Enjoy your viewing!
Awesome Shelter.🏕🌲🌲☁️☁️☁️👍👍👍🤩
Thanks for Sharing this Video. God bless. ❤❤
Виталя, красава💪😊👍 Успехов тебе в твоих делах и развитии канала!
Спасибо!
This was a great shelter. You were safe, windless and dry. God bless Nora
A very interesting hike, the shelter is steep, I didn’t even know it was possible to do something like this with a fallen, old tree. Indeed, this way you can safely hide from bad weather and spend the night. Thank you for a very useful experience👍👍👍
You’ve obviously never played outside as a kid
Nice how ever I myself I like my fire place close to me especially at night camping
Thanks for sharing
Breathtaking winter atmosphere my friend

New Sub. Glad you showed up on my page.
I am very pleased thank you 😌
Thoroughly enjoyed your video man 😅!!!
nice your viddeo
Wow...how beautiful! Again, I have to say so ... not wasteful, not pity, not regrettable, ... to leave such a hard-earned shelter
behind after just one night...It is worth 2 weeks' stay to justify your skill and effort to build it. Beyond my comprehension...
Thank you very much for giving us real sense of winter solo bushcraft.
thank you very much, glad you liked it 🙂
Breathtaking views. nice shelter. looks cold. I want to put the fire closer to me when I go out camping so I stay warm at night.
Looks so cozy 🎉

What forest area is this in?
dark coniferous middle taiga
@@Forest_storiesVery beautiful. I would love to visit some day.
Лучший вариант это костёр на месте снас последующим переносом в ноги !!! Удачи !!!!
А почему костёр снаружи?

Next time you need to bring the fire 🔥 in more. Rather be warm than cold
what's true is true 🥶
Lo que veo es que tomas te nada más vos no comes con ese frío?.
maybe you rewound this moment
👍🏻🏡🥶
Snow shoes ,, snow shoes dude not skiing,,, men u never walk in a 4 feet of snow with skis you use snowshoes.
Ava ho ve.😂
if he had a buck saw instead of o hand saw
Why did you build it about 3 times bigger then you needed wow a lot of wasted energy
Who are you to judge
Tiny white letters on a background of snow, smh
I don’t understand why you spent so much time removing the snow just to replace it with branches. If it was so cold there, just use the snow to insulate and spend time on doing other necessary things like firewood, food and a good bed foundation.
the fallen tree itself represents a frame for a future shelter; I just added a few branches and covered it all with an awning. It didn't take long to clear the snow. Each person, of course, does and sees everything in his own way.
You spent a ridiculous amount of time and energy, sweating 💦 is suicidal in freezing weather, and what purpose was throwing snow on the fire going to achieve, did you 💬 think the snow was going to catch fire , less messy if just left to burn completely away , and that ineffectual saw, there's more compact and purpose folding saws available.🙏
wth are you DOING out there and wth aint you carrying a shelter? Stuff happens and you can be dead for the lack of it. All it takes is a sprained ankle, in an area with no cell service and you can catch your death of pneumonia in one night. You might survive 1-2 nights, only to die in the hospital a week later.
You need to take a first aid kit and a walkie-talkie with you, and you also need to tell someone close to you that you are going on a hike.
@@Forest_stories sure, but that does not mean that they can get to you instantly. heavy snow or rain can mean you're out there 1-2 days and exposure can kill in you in an hour if it's cold wind and you get wet. In a few minutes, you can be shivering so badly that you cant help yourself, even to zip up a sleeping bag. BTDT. I had food poisoning and got super colt, suddenly. I had to just hold the bag aroujnd me for like 15 minutes, then i could finally zip it up. That's when you need the UCO lantern or the chemical hand warmers. CAnt use the UCO unless you're sitting up or reclining. The flame goes really vertical/high in a horizontal bag. it's dangerous.
I agree with you, you need to be very careful
Another silent video thumbs down 👎🏻 leave the audience Trying to figure out what’s going on
