- I thought it would be cool to do something a little bit different for my 200th video. X-Men '97 premieres today as well, which makes this a timely release. So here is a collection showcase for every X-Men minifigure and character that I have in my collection!

I like the fact that you have official and unofficial figurines, bricks are for having fun, not a cult. Awesome collection.
100% agree. Lego isn't providing the selection I'm looking for, especially in the X-Men so I need to look elsewhere. I'm pretty happy with Custom figures as long as they blend in with the official ones too
I also agree, an example of wanting a custom could be a big fig venom. You shouldn’t be stopped from doing it, just be happy🙂
I like that these customs are not overly detailed and designed but still look like they could be official lego minifigs.
I think comic figures should always stay a bit simpler which I think the custom designers tend to agree with

It's always a fun challenge to see who you can make with official Lego parts. I followed the purist superheroes thread on Eurobricks for years and was always amazed at what everyone came up with

There are companies that make and sell these figures, I did not make any of the parts myself
I think that’s a tooth pick in gambits mouth cause in the show he sometimes has a toothpick in his mouth
I think the figure is more comic based. There's a different color at the end of it, so I'm 99% sure it's a cigarette
For your Havoc custom, I recommend you try on Electric Batman's legs, anyway Nice vid
I don't have that figure, but during my full review of it I tried some of the Tron minifig parts and thought those looked pretty good

Video suggestion, You should do a video on pre-orders though and how these custom makers should address and give constant updates on there progress with the figures there making. Personally I've seen a lot of people asking were there orders after waiting for more than like 6 months and they don't get no updates and they just leave customers in the dark. They should be posting like progress pictures or something or addressing all concerns or when the figure should be finished because just ignoring and leaving it on read is going to be a huge problem for some of these customizers and I already see many people complaining in comments and dms.
I'd like to do something like that, but finding the time to script something out with my work schedule has been difficult. I really want to do more scripted videos though, and that would be a great topic

Where can I get those customs for my collection?
A lot of custom minifigures are sold through pre-orders or in limited quantities so they aren't all readily available. The best way to track down older figures is through the geekxchange run by geekover40 on Instagram. Other than that it just helps to follow the brands you like to see when their new products will come out
You should give Emma Frost the CMF Cheetah head if you want a more sinister look

the Lego Wolverine the old but for reason 1 you show I Have the head and possibly the body i will have to look or if I erased it from the torso.

Dang I totally thought the first one was even simpler. I guess that means the avengers videogame one is ultra over detailed
Those claws were made for Wolverine.
Makes a lot of sense, I couldn't remember if the monster fighters sets were first or not
@@Brickrattyop There was actually one werewolf set that came out the same year that came with the same mold in the glow in the dark color, but it’s likely that the pieces were designed for Wolverine anyway and Lego just saw a convenient way to reuse them.
It's a great part, it's always fun to see how it's used in different colors. It's always cool when they share licensed molds, like the demogorgan head

Most custom Lego Minifigures are preorders that are already sold out. Multiple of these were made by KO Customs that sell off of their website. Otherwise the brands usually have resellers that sell their products
What characters are you hoping to make/get?
I have Mystique and first appearance Wolverine on preorder. For X-Men members- Jubilee, Morph, Bishop, Archangel, Psylocke, and a cool comic Cable. For villains I need a Mr. Sinister, Toad, Black Tom, and maybe Lady Deathstrike? I feel like it would get too out of hand if I started getting more modern characters

I follow a lot of custom Lego brands on Instagram so I know what they're making. Each one has a site or some resellers to buy them from
