    Thank you for your information.
I lost my sense of smell 6 months ago when I had a chest infection. Then I got covid and ,lost my sense of taste, that was so depressing .
After a few months my taste came back but I find that I can only really enjoy very spicy , salty or sweet foods,,
My smell has never really returned and I get a sense of smelling smoke of and off throughout the day.
I lost that smoke smell about 2 months ago but now the smokey smell has just returned, so I will try olfactory training again.
I also have a sinus infection so maybe it might be worth seeing a doctor for that .
Ps… I also use a neti pot to clear nasal passages. I’m just hoping one day I will get my sense of normal smell back.
    Thanks again for the video.

Have you found a connection between BMS and olfactory retraining? I have seen that copper, zinc, snd magnesium deficiencies or imbalance at be significant. TY
