Oliver finally has a woman in his life that has no intentions of leaving and that truly cares and loves him. And Shane has a man that is their for her and cares and loves her. It started out as co-workers, friendship, and finally love.

It was at the end of that episode when he was trying to relearn how to play the guitar again and singing this song that he had written for this girl. They’re sitting there, and they’re looking at each other, and he’s figuring out this song. I really hope you do. I think I've watched all ShOliver vids I could possibly find. Love them. Recently discovered this series and was a Shane/Oliver fan from the moment they met. So happy with how their relationship evolved. Beautiful and so sweet. Am actually surprised no-one has made a vid with the song 'and so it goes' yet cuz it's kinda their song now. I can't watch the scene at the end of Lost Without You without tearing up. Such a powerful scene for them and very emotional for Oliver.
