I doubt Daniel will return due to the fact that the original voice actor for Daniel yourpalross was replaced A couple episodes into season 6 and everybody hated the new voice actor because it was not Ross which is why we don’t see any more of Daniel in the rest of season six, The voice actor of Daniel even states that he will not return if asked again. (The reason why your Paul Ross Was replaced was because he was fired from Bluejay studio when they were downsizing and a whole bunch of other drama which is why they now go by cat face instead of Bluejay)
