Ronnie looked like he was doing good in this video. I just watched the show on Netflix about him and all of the back surgeries he has had. I have back issues so i can semi relate but my back is so messed up that no doctor will even touch me. Ironically, eating better, going back to the gym, and being super careful how i exercise is what helped me stay out of the wheelchair that i own. I am up and walking almost normal now. Its inspiring to see these awesome human examples of endurance and spirit. They pushed themselves to be the best in their sport.

I have scoliosis and I have four ruptured discs in my neck, four ruptured discs in my upper back, and seven rupture discs in my lower back. Some of that was caused by a car accident in the year 1990 and then other things have just been part of life like picking up my child out of a crib and other every day things. I have severe nerve injuries from a procedure called a discogram. I also have bone spurs on most of my vertebrae. And there is virtually no disc left in my L4-L5 location . I basically need to have my entire spine replaced to be "fixed".

I keep using the machine until failure or close enough to failure which keeps me in shape. If you be safe way for me to actually train. And I own wheelchair because that's not bad my back can be but since I've been going back to the gym for several years now I haven't had to use it in years.

He was never taller than 6'4" and is between 6'2" and 6'3" today at his age and having had a hip replacement ans his arms were NEVER 23.5" cold. They were 22.5" cold at his largest. They were actually measured at 21" while he filming Hercules in 1982 when he weighed between 262 and 271 pounds.
What a priveledge to grace the presence of thes e amazing greats I can't say who I admire most ,they were all top professionals who gave us a great show. ,👍🙏💪🙂

Hard to say who was the baddest dude on stage. Regardless of # of times they won it or lack of. I think that every beast of every generation is better than the previous. Just my opinion but they were all great bodybuilders.
