      Rose…remember last year when we got scammed by people impersonating you? As you know, we are an older couple, and we got scammed out of our entire their life savings. What I don’t get is, Rose, you KNEW it was going on and did nothing. It was a very elaborate con, so we put it all on rosehanscam for all to see- It’s very sad that you didn’t do a thing to protect us all. Why didn’t you take responsibility? Rose…why? You were kind at first, but then you got defensive once you saw that it was truly your fault for not letting everyone know…and then you ghosted us. @@sanaalazare

    Hi Rose! Thank you for your hardwork in putting up all these videos! I recently found your videos from three to four years ago and i got hooked! ❤ however i am a tad confused as one of your older videos you mentioned you cut out unnecessary expenses -- you stop getting your nails done. We all know how costly gel mani Pedi w nail art are... so may i know why did you decide to get back to it (obviously we know you can afford everything you want now) but just wanting to know your motivation and beliefs behind why you do what you do at each turning point or big milestones. Since you shared w us every dollar counts! Does this fall under the category of 'variable expenses - wants'? Or is it a treat to spark joy ? I recalled you mentioning we have to question every single expenditure in our expense sheet. N not being a lifestyle creep. How do we gauge here ? Unless all we are doing in the interim before living the "rich" life as the destination point is to live "poor" first. All women want to look pretty. This is just an example... anw just challenging values and principle. As it is subjective n personal. :)

    • @itsrosehan
      @itsrosehan  7 місяців тому +1

      Wow thanks for being an OG sub on this channel ☺️☺️ and thanks for the thoughtful question! I do remember the days I would never spend money to get my nails/hair done… I’d do them myself at home. That was more during the days I was climbing out of debt and or just beginning to build my business. Since then, a lot has changed in my mindset on paying for services because now the “hourly value” of my time has changed… once you have a business that requires a lot of your time, it becomes important to pay to save time on things… like in the time I do my own nails I could say, script another video for my UA-cam channel. And the $70 it costs to do nails is a no-brainer expense because a video grows my business a lot more than that. Regardless of your budget, I think it’s smart to continually have this mindset of always optimizing where you allocate your time AND money. Perhaps all of this is a topic for a whole video! Thanks for being here ❤️❤️

    Hi, Rose. Loved this video style : fun and educational.❤ I just have one question. From my understanding if you invest in Ira and Roth IRA you can’t take out the money until your like 59 1\2 so where can you invest for financial independence where you can actually take out money without penalty? Thanks In advance!!!😊

    • @itsrosehan
      @itsrosehan  7 місяців тому +1

      Great question! There are some sneaky ways to take that money out sooner than 59.5 (mainly through Roth conversion ladders), and the immediate tax benefits are HUGE so I still want you to put away as much as you can in an IRA as you can! In addition, you can also invest in a taxable brokerage account - those do not have any restrictions

    Good morning! You have been extremely inspiring to me and my real estate aspirations. I have a person in mind that I think you both combined can be serious value adds to each other's lives. I would love to connect you all to help make the world a better place(I know you guys will do great things together for the community and in real estate.). Let me know and let's connect!

    Would it be worth it to have an Roth and a 401 if I’m self employed? Or just a Roth?

    • @itsrosehan
      @itsrosehan  7 місяців тому +3

      Definitely worth it to have both! And if you’re not in a super high tax bracket, I’d prioritize the Roth before contributing to the 401k!

    No chance of me going over my purchase for 6 months. Too much to back track. I do have a subscription that i haven't been using, will cancel that. I open a Fidelity brokerage account because of you, but the settled funds thing is frustration. Love your videos.

    What are some high yield savings accounts?

    • @itsrosehan

      I recommend CapitalOne360, SoFi, Marcus by Goldman Sachs :)

    • @jadelightsword
      @jadelightsword 7 місяців тому

      I looked into all three of these, and picked SoFi because 1. You can make virtual envelopes for a variety of savings goals. In CapOne and Marcus, you have to open up actual additional accounts. 2. SoFi also has a credit card with no annual fee that gives 2% return on everything, and you can auto redeem it at 1:1 ratio of you just dump all your rewards points as cash into your savings account. Yay extra earnings!

    I've come to realize that money is a tool. I’ve worked so hard over the years to realize that if you don’t make money work for you, you can’t experience true freedom. fully retired with over $3.5million, my dividends is supplementing my retirement at the moment. started saving and investing in 2010 in growth, No regrets and financially free
