Great video! Always love watching these videos when I'm not getting the picture in my ap euro class. This helps me so much and will absolutely help me in my period one test (1450-1648)
Mr. Richey, Good video that reviews over the arts during the Renaissance. It will be helpful for the matching portion of the final exam!! Very insightful!! -Daley
Parent comment- THANK YOU! your videos are the best thing since sliced bread! -right sized videos for HS and college kids-we all love them! fav so far are 1st Renaissance and German Unification. bet they are all great!!gotta go watch more!
In "The Creation of Adam," when Adam doesn't lift his finger towards God, in a way does that symbolize secularism during the renaissance showing that Christianity is there but is not the main focus?
Great content. I would recommend a lavalier or head-worn microphone. The distance from the microphone combined with the midrange frequencies makes the sound quality shrill on many systems.
Your videos are excellent - I've just subscribed and am working my way through them...well done Tom, great insight..for art, for history and for classical studies..
I've learned more Euro over Spring Break watching these videos and doing the review guide than I have almost all year in my actual euro class,,,,
I wish you were my teacher. You give so many great examples and explanations throughout the whole story.
