【Day 1】
7:30 am Depart Shinjuku, Tokyo
12:30 pm Arrive in Kamikochi, Nagano
4:00 pm Depart Kamikochi
5:00 pm Arrive at the hotel
【Day 2】
2:00 pm Depart Takayama City
8:00 pm Arrive in Tokyo

Your English sounds really good. I was also a bit scared to go walking by myself in the countryside because of the bears. I'm from England, which also doesn't have any dangerous animals so I wasn't really sure what you should do walking in an area with bears. It does look really pretty there though.
