I believe President Trump will win Georgia handedly despite his disdain for Governor Kemp. He’s been up there basically for a year now. And especially what happened to Laken Riley. Whenever a person who strongly supports one candidate says "I can't believe people would vote for the other guy," that's more of a reflection on that person or his candidate. What the extremes on both sides, whether it be the ultra-woke hard left or the ultra-MAGA hard right, will never understand is that *the election is decided by people who do not think like them.* I've been following Presidential elections since Bush-Dukakis and the hard lesson is that simply having a bad incumbent is not enough to make voters pick the other guy. I like this channel cause it really seems like he tries to keep it purely based on as accurate as can be with the polling numbers but I still take polls with a grain of salt we won’t really know until closer to Election Day but this is helpful with making informed voting strategies and can help normal people get into the heads of campaigners when they make choices of where to go and not go
Whenever a person who strongly supports one candidate says "I can't believe people would vote for the other guy," that's more of a reflection on that person or his candidate. What the extremes on both sides, whether it be the ultra-woke hard left or the ultra-MAGA hard right, will never understand is that *the election is decided by people who do not think like them.* I've been following Presidential elections since Bush-Dukakis and the hard lesson is that simply having a bad incumbent is not enough to make voters pick the other guy. The opposition has to say how he/she would be a better option. Neither Trump nor Harris have effectively done that yet, at least since Biden's departure.

She likely saw it as the least controversial option while maintaining influence over the Rustbelt Trio. Her team probably saw this as a way to cause an avalanche from Minnesota to Pennsylvania to the left. For Trump to win, he must secure at least one of the Rustbelt Trio states. However, choosing Shapiro would have risked alienating the Muslim population in Michigan. By not choosing Shapiro, she can still appeal to the Muslim population while securing both the Democratic Jewish vote and the Muslim vote, potentially making Pennsylvania and Michigan more likely to vote Democratic. Since Wisconsin is a toss-up, Harris would still win the election even if Trump wins Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia.

I dont agree with tilt Harris in Michigan. You can only get there with the morning consult poll which has harris +11, which would never happen in Michigan. If you take out that 1 poll it tilts trump or goes to toss up.

I think the trend is for Harris to improve in most of these states, so I think NV, MI, WI are somewhat comfortably hers. But that still wouldn't break 270. Yea maybe, if you compare it to the 2016 and 2020 most polls actually overestimate democrats, especially in Wisconsin. Biden was supposed to win Wisconsin with 10% lead according to polls, but he won it by half percent. Same thing in 2016.

I mean Shapiro has a TON of baggage from covering up a SA by his staffer to the Ellen Greenberg case. Also he's incredibly unpopular with unions because of his charter school positions. They're used as reference as his VP is the candidate now; the policies are likely similar and she has to defend his policies as his VP. So, it's not for prediction, but for guessing how the voters who liked Biden are likely to align with Harris too.

There are enough people that can see Trump for who he really is and wont risk our democracy because he is entertaining to them while he insults people with other views. It is sad that the ONLY connection some people experience as participation in power and success in the USA is a Trump rally, and that those people enjoy the show too much to worry about Rome burning. The reason it got that way though can be changed with campaign funding reform by rolling back the conservative courts 1990 Decision in Citizens United. Also, irresponsible "both sides ism" in reporting instead of stating plain facts. Here is some info on the Citizens United decision:
