That was amazing! How do you keep the riveting tool so steady and straight? And the extra detail is great. You must have the world's steadiest hands. Can't wait for the next video. Thank you
Very nice work. How come whenever I try and rivet, the first thing that happens when i put the riveting tool on the plastic and start to use it is a hear a "crack" and find that the pressure, which was only enough to engrave the rivets, resulted in cracking the nearby wing root or fuselage joint? I know the answer is to use less pressure but I'm using the minimum possible to actually engrave the rivets. What is your technique since you don't seem to have that problem?
Cracks can happen, really depends on the model engineering. Safest bet is to apply the rivet while the parts are still separate. The rivets on the horizontal stabilizer on my model are almost invisible because I couldn't apply enough pressure... So no real trick here I am afraid 😃
@@MMScaleModels my pleasure ive tried 1 plane never finished and im startinig 2nd today cause im dedicating to someone so ill finish this there way out of my comfort zone but ill just have to dig in an ill finish first one some day just painting left to do its not the right color that was in starter kit i got ment to be silver aluminium but real blueish silver so threw me off all Together so it's on back burner to finish another day with other fail, s kits i never finished 😭 but ill get there some time great work from you anyway had to say. ive subbed so ill learn from you and more good builders few tricks of the trade inspirational builders like yourself,s👍

Superb ! Please advise a brand name and model number of compass you have been using to cut circles in masking tape. Very nice tool indeed!

Thank you for sharing. I'm learning a lot from you. What is that pliable mud on a stick you use to hold the parts?
Thanks Neil, this is blue tack (its equivalent here).
Any chance for rivet plan? Thank you! Great job!
Thanks Nikolaos, I have a low res picture but it gets the job done : images.app.goo.gl/M1a326e7RfvYpa9m7

It takes time to build experience... everyone f#&ed up a kit or two... or more :) so no big deal :)
