392s and Hellcats everywhere. I know a few owners who don't care about high interest stretched out over 7 years while working at Walmart or Autozone. They just want to be in the "crew" and look cool in the now. I was done when one of these cats told me he had negative equity in his previous loan and threw it on top of his Hellcat purchase and now his payments are higher than my amg. Miss me with that.

The sunroof is an option for both chargers and challengers. Last I checked it was a $1,200 option. That is a little bit much for a sunroof. I'd personally get one that costs $400 - $750.

Are they $42k off the lot? No they absolutely are not. The $42k you are quoting is the the rock bottom base price BEFORE ANY OPTIONS! And there are basically zero Scat Packs with zero options. Once you add options and sales tax and all in, the price is well above $42k, and in some instances, over $50k.
And right now they are holding their value ridiculously high, because knuckleheads are walking into dealerships and paying those high prices because all they care about is "what is my monthly payment?" and then thinking to themselves "oh I can pay $650 or $700 a month", not even doing the math on the fact that they will be paying that much for 72 months.
Look, I'm not trying to be a dick, but if you think these optioned out Scat Packs are going out the door at $42k YOU ARE WRONG!

People are crashing these in record numbers for a few reasons 1. 7-800 WHP is to much for any young inexperienced driver and its what every young person wants 2. They dont even hook up that well when you get into it esp if there is moisture on the road. 3. These are rear wheel drive and if you dont know what you are doing or have experience with an old muscle car these cars are not very forgiving you will end up in the ditch fast. These Hell cats and Red Eyes are freakin big heavy straight line cars and 75% of the people that buy them dont even bother with actually taking them to the track. If fact most people live in places that they never actually have the space to utilize the potential of the car. They just buy them so they can say they have them. Save yourself 30k and buy a Scatpak, its got the 309 gearing which makes them really punchy with low end torque and put a set of 305 tires on it and all your power goes to the ground.... and it will keep pace with the Hellcat anywhere around town. the only place the the hellcat will dominate is on the track...take it from an old gear head you dont need to spend all that money for a car that you will hardly ever utilize

If you a real driver then you dont want sunroof, its more weight, less aerodynamic and top heavy so handling is worse w sunroof. If you just want to look cool and cruise then do u on the sunroof.

Those cars are hyped up. You can get plenty of cars that would beat these cars in a race and they cheaply made. Pretty much your just paying for motor and transmission and rear end set up. Everything else is cheaply made
