Hello Miguel, the onboard serial interface port is called COM1 in a new project and can be renamed under serial-->COM1. We offer special or general libraries for different applications. A general library is the WagoAppCOM with the function block FbSerialInterface_cpt. Here the name of the onboard interface used (default COM1, alternatively IoConfig_Globals.COM1 is also correct) can be specified at the input "I-Port". For special applications please contact Support@wago.com. Best regards from the WAGO Team
Hello, these controllers can be programmed with WAGO IO Pro CAA. Only new controller can be programmed with CODESYS 3.5. The controller can be included as CANopen Slave via EDS file: www.wago.com/de/d/2106
Is this possible for PFC100 750-8102 PLC? I have installed the packages onto Codesys, but it does not hav an option for this specific controller. Can i use another PFC100? Also, we have got quite large project onto the controoler that is written in E!Cockpit. Im wondering about migration possibilities, Thank you!
This PFC100 will not come in Codesys 3.5 as Generation 1 devices are not supported in Codesys 3.5, so this device remains programmable only with e!cockpit. The PFC100 Generation 2 will come in Codesys 3.5. Kind regards from the WAGO Team
Hello, are the firmware versions only available for linux and not windows? I downloaded the firmware and it gave me linux packages, I am using a windows PC with Codesys 3.5
The controller firmware is a Linux package as WAGO controllers are based on a Linux operating system. This can be installed on the controller using a Windows PC and the WAGOupload tool: downloadcenter.wago.com/wago/software/details/lp8azx5p48kk7mu2vtx Best regards from the WAGO Team
