Gotta admit this was almost like a trip down memory lane, when my grandma was alive, we used to have a huge crowd when we had a (in my country) traditional pig slaughter, making sausages and salami, bacon, cooked liver and all kinds of stuff and have a big feast at the end of the day:) Thank you Raina, for this video!

When eating mussels when you pull the meat out make sure that you get that won't that's stuck to the Shell because that is the scallop of the muscle and it's the best part. we all love you Reina enjoy your meal and always remember you're the best!!!

If you put that pork skin the oven again it be more crunchy or pan fry not using oil pork fat will fry it I mean the fat would off from the skin don't need oil
