    Step 1: Develop a Near-to-real BUSINESS PLAN for Dark Store Model

    You must hire a team who shall abide by the critical pathway and would have just one-goal i.e. launching your brand on time.
    A driving force and a project plan right from ground zero up to launch is essential, as it involves various factors to be planned, integrated, tested, and implemented
    And let's not forget, If you fail to plan, you plan to fail
    Step 5: Test and Hype - before you go-live
    Test your systems and processes with trial orders.
    In online orders, you cannot afford to go wrong, as every bad experience shall land up in a negative review, which in effect shall hamper your brand reputation, even before you start. To make up for one negative review, you'll need four five-star reviews. (That’s how the google algorithms work at the moment). So, testing on live servers directly with the end consumers is not a choice!
    And next is "Hype" your brand
    After your test is successful, create a "Hype" within your market or geography of launch. Run "Awareness" campaigns with smart content which can gain the attention of your target audience. Pouring of customer orders at launch, will boost your confidence and drive your team to achieve the next goal
