Because of the protest that happened few years back regarding 39(4)... ICAI called back their degrees.... Issued suspension...called police on them and so on... could you imagine how heartbreaking would it be to give away all the hardwork for all those years within just few minutes....
But I'm going to say this ... This fucker is an ugly business man ... He is more interested in taking selfies with the students rather than actually doing something...he was no where to be seen during the previous protests but decides to show up on this one pretending to be an ally and publicise as to how much he cares about the students...these kind people are the reasons why ICAI hates teachers....
While others are busy protesting for us, he is there like Shah Rukh Khan taking selfies, as if he is a celebrity, A GOD who came to protect us from heaven, a masiha,.

I am a CA student. Sir you are very very correct about saying that marking should be proper and should not be negligence in checking paper.
But that line which you said ki 280 marks aa skte hai then wo 2 marks q nhi la skta (in case koi saub me usse 38 aata hai and even 280 marks aaye hai and he got fail). It's not the problem of ICAI. Wo uss sub me 40 nhi laa paya hence got fail.
Here ICAI is not to give free of marks even that marks is 1 or 2.
Agar ese hi ICAI checking me loose and 1 ya 2 marks free me allot kr dete hai ye dekh k ki bichare bacche ke 38 aaye hai 2 aur upper se dedeta hu free me to pass ho jayega then CA wo status kho dega aaj jis statys me betha hai
CA degree is a Parliament study. And a calliber student have a right to become a CA.
Otherwise MBA and other course k students me and CA k students me frk nhi reh jayega.
ICAI has maintained that level of CA

My ca account sir said that many copies are checked by ca articles not by the examiner themselves and they don't even bother how much marks articles give to students and whether it is correct or not...!!!!

I had also failed in CA exam. But I never doubted our examination process. I had focussed on the scope of improvement available with me. So I suggest the students to focus on studies and believe in themselves. Please Stop doing those dharna in front of the Institute. U are lucky enough that u get ur answer scripts if u ask. Do any University has this system of providing any answer script to the students? Fail and pass are part of examination. Keep working hard no will stop u from becoming CA.
It wasn't a dharna or anything like that... Anshul sir and other teachers wanted to meet the ICAI faculty to discuss issues in the exam valuation.

There are certain education system run with certain format. That you can not change as per convenience of students through movement.
In IIT, you get only two attempts to pass backlog papers. If you can not clear in two attempts, your are out of IIT..... your career is finished.

i don't know what i'm going to say is true or not but one of my neighbour aunty said that her husband [ who was in army but not on any higher post according to my info . because they take their retirement many year before complete their service and they check ca students exam copy in noida branch .
Focus on studies , ye sab apne apne fayde je liye aaye hain , unacademy and PW have entered tution Market. This is all a gane to attract students
सर मैं 2 बार ca exam में फेल हुआ था। वो भी सिर्फ 2 मार्क से। मैंने उस वक्त इंस्टिट्यूट को ब्लेम नही किया था। बल्कि मेरी मेहनत कम पड़ी थी ऐसी सोच थी मेरी। यदि ca का स्टैण्डर्ड बरकरार रखना है तो ऐसी बाते नहीं होनी चाहिए। वरना आम डिग्री और ca में कुछ फर्क नही होगा।

The only solution is implementation of MCQ exams pattern for professional exams. ICAI is still following orthodox method of examination. In this way they can't judge the intelligence of the students. We should follow the exam pattern of Global Certified courses like CFA, CPA, CMA global etc. Most of the students don't crack the exams because of bad handwriting and presentation skills even if they know the answers. So my suggestion is ICAI should conduct an objective basis examination.
For Law Subjective paper is required
Teachers and students protesting there shall at least have a decency of not to take selfies and photos there . This will portray a bad picture of protest

UPSC also not reveal the marking pattern of copy evaluation for civil services exam and UPSC aspirants have no problem in this. Then why CA aspirants are protesting?? UPSC give reason of not to disclose marking pattern is because then the UPSC coaching institutes would analysis the marking pattern and teach their students according and they would get a edge over students who cannot afford coaching. I believe that ICAI is not disclosing for the same reason.
