Nice update. Sounds like you have done well with your house. Hope to see you guys sometime snow birding in Florida. Right now we are enjoying our home in West Virginia.
I have to say, here in the US, at least in Ohio, that we don't normally see Apartments that are occupied by entire families.. but, to be honest we don't really live close to any Apartments.
Thats 50% return on your investment if i added the remoldel costs in my head right. Good job guys! Get the bathroom done just for yourselves to have it nice. Bike ride was beautiful. Cute pic of your grandson:) thanks for the saturday night video. Were in swimming with our sons earlier. Stayed up late to watch:)
So we are down in the Ft Meyer's Beach area. Susan in the asst GM here at Siesta Bay RV resort that is changing back into actually RV place up to 700 spots . 4 miles from the beach.
We love leasing.. If we want, New car every 2 years, no maintenance, don't worry about rust, stop paying when we want. Hardly any of the new cars that are out there are not worth buying. Some people purchase homes, some people purchase condos, some people lease Apartments, some people buy cars, some people lease cars.
Trailer is an option but be sure to park it up on blocks and take the tires off so someone cannot just hook up and take it all. I am about to be 70 as is my wife. My folks are both 92 and still going strong. I need to do something all the time. As my dad says, what do I do...Wait to die? I still do my business but it is not so much to drive me crazy but enough to keep me active. Tough decisions with no easy answers.
We’ve commented before that we are similar in several ways. Similar age, kids, and hobbies. My wife and I have talked about what we want to do when we grow up (mid 50’s now). Do we sell our Florida home base and go full time (versus half time). Go ahead and retire fully? 1st world problems - blessed to have options. We keep repeating that tomorrow is not promised.
Mike, Very serious question about the mattress. You said that you ordered a second mattress. Did you send back the first mattress? How did you get it to fit in the box? What happened to the one you ordered? This is something I can't get an answer to. Thanks, Pat
I think the reason that nobody answers that is based on the personal options that are given if somebody runs into those types of problems. So, a company that we dealt with in the past(not Brooklyn Bedding), required us to submit photos of our issues and through multiple processes prove that we had donated the mattress to a local charity. It was kind of a pain. However, Brooklyn Bedding will work with you on their sleep trial to make sure that you are happy with the decision you come up with them. I know we were. I will tell you that in our specific circumstance, based on where we were located at the time, we did not ship back our first mattress. Again, I don't want to make that statement because they may have a different policy for your specific situation and the mattress that you buy. I think that's why a lot of people are hesitant to say anything about it. Basically, I don't want to give you misinformation.
@@Rvdaydream Thank you!!! We just switched from our old Open Range Light to a new Flagstaff Classic and definitely are considering a new mattress. We will see because the dealer gave us a pretty good mattress already but if we do go with anyone it will be Brooklyn Bedding. Thanks again, Pat
YAY, my Niece & Nephew are back, that makes me happy lol. Well Mike, sometimes lifes greatest successes can become your most crushing defeats. So you just take it one day at a time, until you succeed without negative returns lol. Mikes basement bike shop, prepare for the rant hehe. You guys done a lot of work on that house, the value has to gone up since purchase. My trash man does that to me sometimes, he don't see the lid is open? lol YAY for sunny rides with Mike & Heidi! Cue the elevator music! For house, 150K. For car, Toyota Rav 4. Who's your favorite marsupial, its a possom! Blackbird fly, into the deep dark night.

In Toronto, Ontario, it's about $30 000 to rent a typical updated 1 bedroom apartment, so entire families crowd themselves in one.

Can't believe you can buy houses today for 60k. Crazy. There is nothing around here for under 300k these days.

Get the door that has full glass with interior blinds built in. This blind can be lifted up for even more light.
Mosquito Lake, and there’s the bike trail out there too

Hello Uncle Stellar.. Thanks for watching and of course commenting... ❤️
That broken up little sidewalk leading from house to driveway. I have an idea, why don't you do a dry pour and do a video on it?
I was thinking 150k and then you said 135k. I thought 150k was low
Mike partially open some cheap cat food. Put in cage, raccoons will struggle with getting it out and you'll trap em!
Aerate your lawn and fertilize it , will really turn out better .

I agree except the price, lol.. I would love to find a used one, momma is a bargain shopper 😁

$210,000. Am I close? 👍 good video as always👍
$135,000 before new roof (later video)
Don’t sell it to one of those cash investors
Your house should go for $66,000.00
Lol hahaha OK
