More than your fair share of trials and tribulations on that job Justin. I bet you are mightily relieved to see those blue lines down and laying the slabs 😱
Exactly what I need doing at my house ! Another great video Keep em coming I love watching them although I bet that neighbour wasn’t happy about all the noise 😂😂
What a crappy start to 2024 Justin, with you and the boys getting that sickness bug that's been doing the rounds. Oh the joys of being 'self-employed'! Just hope your customers are suitably empathetic. Having said all that, meticulous work as always on the drainage system - lengthy additional (but so necessary) work to be done before the pretty work starts. And of course most of that prep work never gets seen again! Good to see you guys at it again - wish you well and keep safe.
Nice words as always thanks John. Yes a lot more work that just gets covered up but important its all done right . It is now although extra fees for our clients unfortunately . Take care john mate 👍
hi Justin looking feel for you mate , nowt you can do , this is where you need good customers who understand what happens in life , I know its horrible but its not life or death is it ! worse things happen and I'm sure you will work your hardest get back the time back , u know your stuff with drains mate , and well done for checking with BCC pal , up here they will never let you do that only in very rare circumstances because of us being land locked ! nice job pl , would of been nicer in the summer lol , stay safe and get better mate
I felt shit everybody has had haven't they . Yea was a nightmare the soakaway didn't work water has to go somewhere im lucky bc let us do that otherwise we'd of been in the poop John. Appreciate your comments as always mate and good luck to you and the lads next week ❤️👍🧱🧱
Hope all of the a team feeling better looks like one of them jobs where there been few bumps in the road but the boys are back on it blodding on is all you can do mate
Hi, loving the work, I have an issue with my sub base for a patio, I have laid about 100-120 mm scalps and wacked them, but there is about a 1m2 area that is bouncy spongy… was clay underneath, is it now a case of dig it back out and dig down through the clay another foot and re compact rubble etc then MOT and wack again and hope solid ? Cheers for reading either way
Yes im affraid so . Thats what i would do . You can add some cement to the mot and mix into the mot and wack as normal . If had to do this a few times. Also its worth considering how wet your materials are if the mot is soaked then wacking it will be difficult. Good luck hope that helps 👍
@antoniogalluccio4213 I disagree is only for water run off and we installed a back inlet gully one at top of patio and one half way on the drain run so there's your rodding access. Why spoil the patio with 3 chambers when there is absolutely no need to 👍
Its very difficult to see what's in the ground on initial inspection when quoting ....hope you have a good client or a fantastic contingency cost.. looking good as always
Clients have to understand mark we dont no whats under the ground .As much as you plan who knows what will happen we do our best for people mate . Nice customer here thankfully mate 👍

Yea its fine usual on a 90 bend a manhole is installed but this only drainage for a patio 👍
