    More than your fair share of trials and tribulations on that job Justin. I bet you are mightily relieved to see those blue lines down and laying the slabs 😱

    What a crappy start to 2024 Justin, with you and the boys getting that sickness bug that's been doing the rounds. Oh the joys of being 'self-employed'! Just hope your customers are suitably empathetic. Having said all that, meticulous work as always on the drainage system - lengthy additional (but so necessary) work to be done before the pretty work starts. And of course most of that prep work never gets seen again! Good to see you guys at it again - wish you well and keep safe.

    Hi, loving the work, I have an issue with my sub base for a patio, I have laid about 100-120 mm scalps and wacked them, but there is about a 1m2 area that is bouncy spongy… was clay underneath, is it now a case of dig it back out and dig down through the clay another foot and re compact rubble etc then MOT and wack again and hope solid ? Cheers for reading either way

    • @brickrightbuildinglandscaping
      @brickrightbuildinglandscaping  9 місяців тому

      Yes im affraid so .
      Thats what i would do .
      You can add some cement to the mot and mix into the mot and wack as normal .
      If had to do this a few times.
      Also its worth considering how wet your materials are if the mot is soaked then wacking it will be difficult.
      Good luck hope that helps 👍

    I would have pit at least other 3 inspection chambers in such a lenght of pipework

    • @brickrightbuildinglandscaping
      @brickrightbuildinglandscaping  4 місяці тому +1

      @antoniogalluccio4213 I disagree is only for water run off and we installed a back inlet gully one at top of patio and one half way on the drain run so there's your rodding access. Why spoil the patio with 3 chambers when there is absolutely no need to 👍
