I was wondering if you could create one about ServiceNow development best practices, particularly around update sets? For example, how do you handle scenarios where you’ve developed something, pushed it to test, and the tester isn’t happy? Would you create a new update set in dev-like a version 2? What’s your approach to managing what gets deleted or kept in such cases? Also, how do you handle working with multiple update sets, especially when dealing with different scopes? And what about batching update sets? I often find my development process gets messy when there’s a lot of back-and-forth, so any tips for staying organized would be super helpful! 😄
Thanks a lot for this free series! :) I find it very useful and you explain the concepts very good!
Glad you like them!
