The dates 1952-2012 are to commemorate the Queens Diamond Jubilee. Brilliant version of the entrance of Chester zoo though! Really makes me want to go back when I can!
No I don't have any plan to make the whole zoo for Chester. Maybe at some point in the future I might, but at the moment I have two zoos on the go which I imagine I'll be working on for sometime :)
I only created it as a park file so it should appear in the downloads so section when you go to load a zoo. Let me know if you still can't see it, I could probably now could just upload it as a blueprint

What arctic items are in the build
Does not appear anywhere in game. Can't find it under entrance blueprints or sandbox zoo.
