Our cuffed TRACOE twist plus extract cannulas enable speaking with a tracheostomytube via the subglottic suction channel without having to unblock the cuff. The instructions for the so-called ACV method can be found here under the following link: ua-cam.com/video/Sh3WTtxKwP0/v-deo.html
The selection of the cannula and the ACV method should always be discussed with the treating doctor.
