Nice little hunt Scott. Cool vid too. I think he was done after that first shot, but i dont blame you at all for getting the 2nd one into him quick. You just never know when theyre still on their feet. Dont ya hate it when you think youve shot a nice little easier carrying yearling only to find its much heavier, especially when you're solo. Good work, that pack looked heavy. I dont mind at all poking one thru both shoulders, its a good excuse not to have to carry them 😉

No, I've never tried. Because if I go hunting and the only deer I see is 100 yards away I don't want to be restricted by the range.
