The Frostgrave demons really are a diverse bunch. I do not see a lack of medium sized demons in any scenarios in the near future. Outside of Frostgrave they could definitely be used a Tieflings in Dungeons and Dragons. Overall they are a really nice set.
Games Sweatshop changing the lore! How dare they! Wait...I don't even play that game. Yep, you're right on the money about those "types." See them all the time in the comic book world, sadly. It's like they only exist to cause headaches and get free money to complain.
@@MonsterPainter I figured the Demons came out so good, that the others would be just as cool. BTW- I picked up a Spectra castle almost identical to the one you have and am already working on it! Not just repainting, but minor mods too.
I hate mind flayers. I would rather fight a big bucket of beholders. or a Rolemaster Ancient Chaos Dragon, who has been eating cranky pills. Awesome look on the demons though!
Gotta say I was let down by the art and minis for these guys... What's the point of extradimensional demons if they're just going to dress up like human soldiers?
don't underestimate the GW controversy. This addition seems like nothing, but I know my 40K lore, and it is just unuseful at best (Sisters of silence, dang!) . So why did GW even go so out of their way to piss off 99% of their audience? This is highly political, and we may disregard it as such. But if we really are to comment it, let's not reduce it to "it's just plastic toys " level, as did a French UA-camr who got destroyed for such a silly take. We love what we paint, even if those million dollar companies don't love us and just use us. On that matter I'll stand with every honest miniature painter who feels disrespected.
Looking good!
Why thank you very much.
I feel like they could count as bloodletters, marauders or beastmen. They'd blend well into a mixed Khornate force.
I agree. Versatile and a touch generic. Lots of uses.

I think so too
Great paintjobs! The green eyes on the red compared to the skin is a great idea!
@@tomhelgehennum3263 thank you
I love the Demon Kit. So many good bits for Graves of both flavors.
Yup, endless kit bashing fun.
These North Star kits are really good! Opened a few of these myself.
I know, I have enjoyed those videos.
Certainly a kit I'll be looking at buying in the future!
It is a solid kit.

Yup, gripers are gonna gripe.
I like this kit too!
It is fun
What do you use as Hruts in Frostgrave the Red King?
I've got box of Mantic 'Lesser Demons' kicking round that will probably end up filling that role.
@@EnDungeoned I love the Mantic kits.
Have you ever considered doing videos unboxing/painting Frostgrave gnolls or snake men?
@@David-ft2nt hmmm… maybe I should. Thanks

@@David-ft2nt that sounds awesome
Love this kit, but how did you get the 2-handed sword arms to fit together? I can not find a pose on any torso that works properly.
@@stephwagner8377 I don’t remember. I always find those poses frustrating.
Love the demons
Thanks
Cool
Thank you
Nice work on the minis
I agree with the hand
Who cares
Mr. Hand appreciates the support.

Thanks Lorne, mind flayers are pretty rude.

Fair enough
