Fab Fit Fun changed it this season. Everybody can customize all 6 categories.
Ah good to know! I was on vacay during customization so I missed a few details. I guess now the only benefit to being annual is saving a few bucks. Still nice, but I might go quarterly.
I believe the quarterly price also went up to $69.99.
@@mauinoel I think the other benefit to being annual is that you get to customize and access Add Ons sooner. Some things run out by the time quarterly subscribers have access.
Yeah, I too have an item missing. IMO, shame the interior design isn’t visible on outer portion of box. Additionally, seems like packers just sling items into box will bully.
Yeah, I know they have thousands of boxes to get through, but a little more care would be nice.
This type of box is like the opposite of what I go to sub boxes for, but I totally get why it's so popular, and I suspect picking things during customization would still be really fun, lol. I also still like to see it unboxed because I feel like it gives me some idea of what products are trendy and what's new, but your reviewing style adds a lot to that I think.
Haha. Some people hate how I review this box. But I can’t justify doing customization prep work vids.

I too always though Innisfree was Irish but it's apparently a South Korean cosmetics brand. Though I personally think it sounds Irish.
Ha. Whoops. Bad Korean here. There’s another Irish brand called Inis that I was confusing it with.
I think it sounds Irish because there is a place in Ireland called Inishfree Island and there's even a Celtic Woman song about it, lol. That's where I'd heard of it before. 🤷🏾♀️

It is. Light and not a scent I'd usually pick, but pretty.
FabFitFun has wonderful customer service. I would be more surprised if they don't replace it. I got the perfume in category 1. The dog leash, cracked heal and anti chaffing (Florida) shampoo and conditioner as well as the anklet. I always try to get things I will use and don't pay attention to the price. As for sunscreen- I only use reef safe. As a redhead my skin is also super sensitive and I figure if it isn't good for reefs diluted in water than probably not good for the skin. Been watching your channel since the disney days. 😊
Hi! They decided to give me a $20 credit instead but it can only be used in the sales and not on my renewal which is a little disappointing honestly. I was just thinking g of getting a Bibbidi box for old times sake but I have so much merch I don’t use.

I had a missing pair of sunglasses, and they are shipping a replacement. There was also an add on that shipped separately and got lost in the mail, but it's not possible to get a new one. They asked if a $30 credit was ok and mentioned it was more than $10 of what the item was worth. I said I'd rather have a refund (I was mainly annoyed they didn't offer a refund as an upfront option) and they said that they have to get another department to do the refund. Maybe I should have taken the credit because now I have to make sure I get a refund.
Yeah, they gave me a credit of $10 more than what my missing item was worth, but I was annoyed that it has to be used in a sale and doesn't just apply to my next renewal.
I got the Vacation fragrance and it’s beachy and lovely. Was a bit disappointed in the candle-smelled one-note to me. I did buy a lot of add-ons because they had so many great choices this time around.
Yeah, good choices. I guess now it's just the $$ difference that makes the annual worth it.
