I have adhd to and have taken dexamphetamine since I was 6 that song was stupid but it is stuck in my head and I can’t focus on anything else
I don't take Ritalin but I do take other adhd meds, and the funniest thing to me is that's not even how adhd meds work 😭😭😭 I'm pretty sure most adhd meds are stimulants and if you just take them whenever you'll like have a heart attack lol like i cant even have much caffeine (and in the case of my meds, I take them at night and they take 8-12 hours to kick in so the idea I just go to my room and pop a pill when I'm having a gittery day makes it funnier PAHAHAA)

I have adhd and I never knew until a year ago and the “allergy” pills I were taking was adhd meds all along! (They dident do much) when my parents saw the meds weren’t helping they got me new meds. I’m pretty sure the new meds had a really really bad side effect or sumthing cuz my mind WASENT in the right place in that time lol and then I ended up “away” for 3 days because my school caught me somewhere dangerous (I was trying to get a ball) and after I just stopped taking meds adhd drugs are good as long as you know how well they work and the side effects
