Had no idea Nina Martin sang on this (i assume she's doing the upper harmony in the chorus). I'm assuming Carla is harmonizing with herself on the album, that's interesting that Amanda didn't take that part here.
My only assumption is that Amanda couldn't sing that part as good as Nina. Amanda has an amazing voice, but it's quite high pitch. Maybe it didn't work for this particular song, or the note/scale was tricky for her?
I wish there were still a band today, I would love to go a concert of theirs
