At 8:52 is that an error on the F mixolydian scale labeled F G E-flat F G A B-flat?
🤦🏽♂️Thanks again so much for pointing out this error. The denotation is incorrect. Its actually 1,2,3,4,5,6, b7 or F,G,A,Bb, C,D,Eb. Maybe I should hire you as an editor🙂
Wow! ❤ More precher chords please in the key of C 🙏
It’s those facial expressions for me😂…it’s a real musician thang lol😁💜
lol you already know!
BROTHER!!!!!! You don't realize how much you've really helped me to understand preacher chords. This is the BEST definition of chords. Helps us know why it is, what it is. Great stuff
That's so awesome man! I'm so glad I could help!
Thanks, Chris Moses🥰🥰🥰
Absolutely my pleasure!
At 9:04 on the G altered scale, you labeled it G, A-flat, B-flat, B, D-flat, E-flat, F. Instead of playing the B, you played a C. Which one is correct?
Thanks so much for pointing this out. Definitely an error in the way I played it. There’s no “C” in that scale. The notation is correct on this one I just played it wrong.
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😘
This is such a great resource!! I'm familiar with this stuff on bass, but as I've started learning piano I had no clue what chord qualities to use! So many videos just spell their favorite voicings or tell you the number, and my friends would say they could show me but they didn't know what they were playing. Can't wait to put this stuff into practice!
Happy to help!
At 15:30 on the major blues scale, it's labled C, E-flat, F but you played C, E-flat, E. Which one is correct? Also you have the 6th degree as B-flat but you played an A. Which one is correct?
Again, thanks for pointing this out as well. The major blues scale is C,D,Eb,E,G,A and. the 6 degree is the A not B-flat. I'm so sorry for confusing you but at least someone is paying close attention. I really appreciate it.
I gotta chew on this for a while. I might add another 50 views as I process and work it out. Thanks for the video!
You can do it! Your very welcome!
