Hello guys! there is a short way in Origin pro 2023b student version. Go to plot details, group tab, click independent, go to Label, click enable, under that select "Label form" as Y or X depending on your chart. Then, click "Numeric Display Format" type ".0" (point zero) or .2 depending on decimal points you want. Then hit "apply". Do the same thing to all columns listed on the left panel of plot properties
