    A sika jump program is something i’d genuinly be interested in buying, as I literaly have no clue how to make a decent one of my own, even to my extremely non-elite standard. I do tricking so it would very nice being better at jumping

    Please could you make an in depth video on when high force training makes you faster and when it makes you slower? It’s something you mentioned briefly in a couple recent videos

      Its makes you slower when you neglect speed training and gain to much size. You wanna squat heavy at a low bodyweight and transition to power cleans then plyos

      @@joys8634 It makes you slower when you do the lifts slower, that is going to close to your 1rm all the time, (max force production), really to the force side if you think about a force velocity curve. Think about super heavy chinese pulls or grindy squats and stuff like that. There is nothing to do with squating at a low bodyweight and also what does it have to do with plios and power cleans?

    Hey lads, do you have any plans to do a video on the basic principles of weightlifting technique, ie what you were referring to when you were watching Boady lifting and said he has all the principles correctly.
    Also maybe some elaboration on what people often get wrong with these basic principles and how to follow them correctly in your lifting.
