My friend and I have just been out & we commented on the lovely autumnal colours. We went to a retail place in her car, where there were thinnish carion crows sat watching over the carpark hoping for scraps. I say they thin because Ive been feeding my local crows for 20 years so my lot are healthy (have weight on them). As I carry malted milk biscuits in my own car in case I happen upon birds who want a treat, I had none as in my friends car, so in to the shop we went & some seeded bread had just been reduced & left with big packs of crumpets - all 50p. I then treated the family of crows 2 a Sunday treat, b 4 the heavy rain arrived.
I will need to watch this video once again after I return from my 13-year old grandson's baseball tournament this morning ... nothing like 10 teams of young boys screaming and yelling to get the blood pressure going lol ! Love the slow motion shots ... very calming . Thanks for these continuing respites every Sunday morning , Jill ... this one will be repeated several times today !
😂😂 be nice and say hi! I say be nice and avoid me! I think you need to get your camera fixed. It is throwing out rocks and trying to kill seagulls 😂 I love it when wild creatures visit. And treat us like family. I found my mushroom kit at the back of our wire shelf. It sucked up all the freezing winter moisture in my kitchen and grew a mushroom before I even opened it - a lions mane. They look like brains. The daffodils and tulips are ending in my garden and we just covered the apple trees with insect coats. They have finished blossoms and are now covered so the rosellas don't start. I haven't had one apple in 16 years because of birds and fly foxes (like bat foxes). Yes our foxes fly 😂 more strange things here in Australia. Just so long as the snakes don't. I was driving once, and the guy in front ran over a red belly black snake, and it flung up into my windscreen and cracked it. Bloody hell alright. I was just glad my window was shut. The truck drivers hang rubber ones from above their exhaust pipes just to stop tailgating. Works with me. I stay well back!😂 Belinda
