A Modern Classic. I guarantee it!
This film will really sink into you, it's so disturbing yet beautiful. Very powerful, incredible film.
My man Ralph Ineson sounds like the British Barry White.
I found myself wanting to put my hood up during a couple of scenes. Fantastic film. Ralph Ineson has a voice of the lowest piano key and it meshed perfectly with the film's cold and dirty feel.
How is his voice that deep? I wish mine was that deep.
well, I've watched The witch this weekend and you guys made an excellent job! I'm actually obssessed with it and can't wait to rewatch! This movie is one of the best movies in years!!!
What a great film this was, very eerily atmospheric and obviously well historically researched, top marks to scriptwriter and director,
It is a great film! I haven't stopped thinking about it since I watched it.
Even if I hadn't seen the trailer already Eggers' description would have had me hooked. Can't wait to see this.
deep voice
Bravo Rob!!! Thrilled for you!!! Cannot wait to see it.
I'm so excited for this, it sounds terrific.
The Witch tapped into something deep for me, fantastic work.
the witch , one of the best films of the last 10 years , very atmospheric , must watch
A masterpiece !
Great film!
Mano eu estou chorando 😭👑Ela é literalmente uma rainha ela era tão pequena
sooooo good!
Finchy! I thought I recognized him. Great movie.
Cant wait to see this!
This film is so good. Totally made me sign the book of Anya fans.
I just liked the film so much, and Anya of course.
SERIOUSLY when does this come out?? I've been looking everywhere
Peter Maturo Agreed. It sounds awesome; I love this genre. But only when done correctly, which few are. This SEEMS to be one of those few.
Premiered at Sundance (obviously). But also showed at Melbourne International Film Festival 6th and 14th Aug. Caught it on the 6th. Really, really creepy and dark..
+Peter Maturo Feb next year
This film is genial, but not for the majority of people, who count success by the number of jumpscares.
genial? i loved the witch, but it sure ain't genial haha
February cannot come soon enough.
Me too! Hey guys, where the trailer is? I can not find it :'(
oook! I had seen the trailer some time ago, but thanks anyway . :)
I am very excited for the premiere. Too bad I'm from Brazil, the premiere here only take place on March 3... :(
Can someone please tell me when this is going to come out or even tell me what this movie is about
When's it being released?
+starmike20 MC Thanks. I'll have forgotten about it by then.
+starmike20 MC Thanks - I saw that on Robert Eggers' page. Not sure whether it's going to be a damp squib or not. Lots of varied reviews on IMDB
Where the fuck can i find a trailer for this movie?
This could so easily be Jay from RedLetterMedia
+Cobey Cobb maybe this dude's younger brother or something
Only similarity I could see is that they both have beards sometimes
I find it cute that Lucifer was played by a goat named Charlie.
Hurm. The movie I saw was about how God is not going to help you, the more you try to call him the more he ignores you, and you may as well throw your lot in with Satan.
I love this movie, but I can't say that it really creeped me out because witches are the least of my worries. If this came out during puritan times, it would've scared the wits out of everybody.
Well of course it would, they'd be like "how did you make these pictures move!! Begone Satan!"
She was a little match girl?
Dies anya have a boyfriend
Jeez can these guys spread their legs any wider lol so rude
I immediately deleted it after watching it , it was so creepy…
sooooo good!
