    I love these things. The prep is the hard part.. not really hard but time consuming for sure. I like to do the prep on these the night before when I can make it happen. I put them in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge until cook time the next day.... great stuff :)

    Too much different spices in mix will. Be hard to taste less is better
