Bro, I can understand the Fairs side to a certain extent. They should have never had a problem with the couple buying their tickets and a extra one, on your card. It's pretty simple to see that the employee has a serious power trip and did not want be be "wrong" by any means. The simple solution would've been to just let it play out when you handed over your card to the couple. Make sure you report her and any other employee that was so disrespectful. Plain to see that the customer service there was pretty bad. Again, this was a simple fix, she is the one that delayed that line being shut down in the end.
