Hello. No there is no elevator facility. If you are going with disable person then better to take hotel exactly on mall road where access is easy. And if you have good budget try Mosiac hotel. It is near the taxi stand. Also search on mall road there are many.

Mussoorie losing its charm due to increasing population and tourism, this is leading to increase in garbage production, traffic problems, pollution and what not. though there are still the sightseeing places like lal tibba, cloud end, gun hill and the very famous mall road. but the local people are continuously increasing fares for parking and small eatables. last time I went there in march and parking fee at cloud end was 100 bucks for half an hour which used to be not more than 20 bucks for an hour. slowly and steadily this hill station is turning into a town, what mussorie used to be 10 years ago is today's dhanaulti which is a small hill station an hour away from mussorie. another major problem in mussorie is the parking problem in main mussorie. there is no space and cars need to be parked far away from the hotels. I would suggest not to stay in main mussorie and take a room on the outskirts, 2-3 kms from mussorie. 4-5 hours are enough for the queen of hills nowadays. I hope the government takes needful steps to ensure mussorie stops losing its charm.😢
Avoid going there in peak season... April was good when we went there... October November also good... This kind of Situation is in every hill station now... Specially in may June...

Fooding and lodging is very difficult and costly. There is no public transport in town, only cabs are available which is very expensive. It is not worth visiting the place.😃Bad Experience It is total no from my side for a mussoorie visit. Not worth wasting time. Too much traffic in summers, very dirty place and lot of visitors. Not worth the visit as the places is totally commercialized😊 aur 1 ganda sa kempty fall hai jahan paani main kachra aur poop 💩 pada rehta hai

Actually nowadays peak season is going on. The rate i mentioned is of April. Mid season rate.
You can also try online it is not coming that cheaper, only due to season rates going on... Try in off season. Peak season rates can be higher.
