Weee really sucks in customer service. I did not receive the package, so I disputed with my bank. This seller puts me in blacklist for three years.

I’m sorry to hear that! I’ve only had to interact with their customer service team once and had a fair experience. Did you try working with their customer service team first before disputing with your bank?
