Yes, Dragon pulse was reliant in basics for damage, however someone pointed how maybe with attack weight instead of scarf could've been good but I'm yet to test it myself
I would say weight definitely helps secure kill while also i think they can buff back his auto speed and he'll be fine while dragon tail could get a small buff
Actually I feel like I get the resets on it more easily now. You just have to focus your build more to attack than crits and focus on getting the resets.
While I like the change, that fact that Ray’s HP amd defenses are low enough that any single pokemon can take it is still a problem. I miss the old Theia Sky Ruins
Me too. It wasn't like u turned ur eyes and somebody took it down. It took a bit of time and team work which made Ray feel like a main quest. Now it's just regieliki with a bit high hp but low damage
Before, people who pick duraludon just rip Ray at spawn in less than 3 seconds. My mind used to be made a meme about duraludon not ripping Ray at spawn or draw 25.
I do feel it. The damage is there (like moments where even without the full ring mark, I still KO’d them) but it’s now missing something this time after they nerfed the boosted basics. Like how are they gonna make it good this time? I don’t know myself and now, Dragon Pulse needs Stealth Rock to be good. Not a nice change for this side tbh.
I've been Team Flash Cannon since day one, but honestly the games I've had with Dragon Pulse after the buffs were quite good. I don't prefer it, but I do see myself using it far more often than I ever did before, especially with Stealth Rock.
I think this mon is just net worse, the early game is so bad now and thats what made it so appealing over all the other adcs, because it doesnt have the huge damage pressure from boosteds and has less boosted from less attack speed
@@diloncoonghe7775 Its not. The patch notes mentioned in the website states that it's early game attack speed has not changed but it's mid to late game is definitely nerfed and I felt it because it's not that noticeable early game. But regardless, data is needed.
as the dura main person. i do agree that since pulse relied heavily on attack speed it is therefore now a tiny bit worse. granted i havent played much but it does feel quite a bit worse to play. flash cannon is still flash cannon with all its issues and i do think its worse than pulse set still. overall it just feels like duras outright worse at being an adc and is more focused on zoning with rocks and picking people off with pulse which in my opinion is a bit worse than how it was previously. as for my more hot takes i feel like we didnt really have to gut his objective rip this hard bc it was abt on par with other a pressers but ppl dont shut the fuck up abt dura ripping like ever so i see why they did what they did. tldr i dont like it as a dura main but overall its prolly better for the game so sure 👍
I liked dura b4 they changed him not from this patch but from the other one its my highest wr with badge, i won alot cuz even if the team was goofy i still have 50/50 flip
I think Duraludon is just too squishy for how immobile it is. I feel like I’m able to get off a couple hits and then I’m forced out of the fight after getting hit by 2 stray moves
If you are joking, you got me. If not, that’s the state when you KO someone with a Dragon Pulse. You will get increased attack and CD reduction on Dragon Pulse on three basics if you KO someone with Dragon Pulse. That’s what the blue aura on Duraludon is all about.
@@UltimateRaven I mean, I have never played this Mon. Granted I started the game almost a year ago and I am still buying all the licenses but as Dura is not a fave of mine, he might be the last license I buy so I know next to nothing about the guy. Can you explain what it means using the same colour? I think the emblems I made myself is very good but never bothered matching colours coz I didn’t understand the benefit. Ill check what the emblem stats are tomorrow to compare
@@Ryan-cn4em if you use 6 brown 6 white emblems on a physical attack mon they will get additional 4% atk from brown emblem and 4% hp from white emblem set. If you only use 4 white emblems instead of 6 you'll only get 2% hp.
do you also think that Dragon Pulse Duraludon feels worse now?
Yes, duraludon itself is feel much weaker.

I think flash cannon made it a much better pokemon than it was before, there is no point in using this other skill

They changed it from only really ripping objectives to being horroble at it.

He had ONE job, now, he is jobless and is totally useless in the game 😂
Dragon pulse just feels more awkward than it did before tbh
Damn that’s weird I’ve been winning with buffed stealth rock and dragon pulse so tell me what’s the problem
@@LePrimar101 I didn't say it was good or bad, just awkward. Plus, you can win with pretty much anything in unite.
@@LePrimar101 People just used to the fact that duraludon using basic attack less now.
@@StickBruh3rd yeah I think that’s the problem
Lv13 Duraludon as the skyscraper made with metal has less health than a Lv11 hoopa boi, makes sense
That metal is definitely made out of plastic.

Tbf that's game accurate
Dragon Pulse definitely needs a rework now, but cannon is definitely the build now
Duraludon in general got massive rework.
And I like playing the sentry build.
Just buff the boosted attack damage for the opponents

@@MHzappy Garchomp from once 2022 Patch (Can't remember which version)
@@MHzappythey rework the way garchomp dig worked where at lvl 5 he gain a knock up while also gaining more defense by 350
No hate but I think flash canon is more awkward and highly team dependent (it's just my opinion)
Flash Cannon basically turns you into a sentry.
Exactly the moment they have zeraora or talon flame on the enemy team your cooked
I think Duraludon's every moveset is team dependent
I’m down for games not coming down to a coin toss unless they have to. Definitely feels healthier.

Actually, its early game is still fine since that wasn’t changed. It’s mid to late game will be worse now with Dragon Pulse.
@@UltimateRaventhe early game basic attack speed was definitely nerfed. It noticeable and patch notes say it was nerfed from levels 1-15.

I will say you are far less likely to get jumped since most speedsters will likely die if they approach you with the damage buffs
What build is recommended for the Flash Cannon moveset? I don't know what to use besides the band and periscope.
Should I equip claw or weights?

What's that blue aura around dura
The blue aura surrounding duraludon is the aura where if duraludon gets a KO is reducing dragon pulse cooldown for each basic attack.

They shouldn’t have nerfed his attack speed, they should have nerfed his damage from basic attack so dragon pulse could be used more frequently.
I just won a game with dragon pulse. I think the play now is to use it smarter with stealth rock
The attack speed nerf feels awful and the dragon puls buff do not compensate enough.
Pulse seems a lot less effective sadly. Like an unmentioned nerf or bug
Well you can't blame it this nerf happened cuz of me I'm a Duraludon main dragon pilse moveset abuser with blue badge Duraludon

DuraluLord is the strongest pick in the game.

Most nerf pokemon in the entire game
Although it's not strong as stealth rock,I like that Dragon Tail trades damage for abit more mobility
