Creating Form Fields - Check Boxes in Bluebeam Revu eXtreme

will this be saved as a template for other forms of the same format, bluebeam will automatically from this point forward will recognize those check boxes? if not, does it mean you would have to do all that for each form you create?

Thanks for the info. I am having trouble creating radio buttons during the automatic form creation process. Have you had any luck getting this to work for you in Bluebeam?

I have followed these steps. When I click "automatically Create Form Fields" it does not populate the [ ]. Any advice?
