My husband has been a T1D for 32ish years, diagnosed when he was around 13. His sugars were always awful and super high A1Cs. Now with carnivore he is able to keep reducing his insulin and it is such a blessing! Thank God for Dr. Bernstein and his work and FB group type1 grit! Also thank God for R insulin that is better to dose for protein with, it has made all the difference in the world
My husband was diagnosed Type 1 diabetic at the age of 2! He is now 61! He has had one bout of ketoacidosis with glucose numbers over 1000! What a great interview!
Ella is Awesome! I admire her courage & hit it hard approach! You, Adam, are the Bomb! It was a wonderful & very informative segment, and I have linked this out to many that I know!
@tametype1 Look at her go! She’s speaking your language! Thank you for what you have done for us with your channel in the last five years. Type 1s and the rest of the low-carb community appreciates you. 🤗
ella you can make ice cream easy without that machine dr kiltz has, just mix up your egg yellows heavy cream and a little vanilla stevia if you want i forget the whole recipe but i think thats all i put in mine then you put it in ice trays and when its froze i put the cubes in a blender and it comes out perfectly smooth and creamy very simple very easy.
T1 Adult 70 yr old, A1c is 5.6. Glad to see someone young that "gets it!". I have so many adult T2 friends that take insulin and dose their mash potatoes, buns, and fried foods.
Ella, we need your strength and wisdom!
Good for type1 parents !!
Great talk, smart lady. Young people picking up on real foods gives me hope for the future, don't stop spreading the news Ella. 👍
Well said!

I hope your husband is doing better now. Thanks for the kind words!
@@CarnivoreToday He is for sure, thank you.
She describes kids camp with the horrible food, ugh!
She is actually healthier than all of DM kids and regular camp kids. She is beautiful in and out.
So true!
Thank you kindly 🥰

Great interview ,thanks Adam and Ella❤
Thank you!!
@CarnivoreToday thank you for brining more focus to T1D, you're right all the focus is on T2D and the T1s get lost in the shuffle.
So Ella has both Graves and Diabetes?
Seems her YT Channel was hijacked. No videos, just weird playlists.
She hasn't started posting videos yet, so stay tuned!

Her bones are still developing. She may need moderate amounts of dairy.
